Marcala is a municipality in Southwestern Honduras known particularly for its exceptional coffee. This bean has a rustic, earthy sweetness with hints of brown sugar. This is an herbal coffee with a smooth, milky body and a medium finish with hints of caramel and figs. 100% organic and roasted in Carolina Beach by Island Roast Coffee.
